Five9 to Acquire Acqueon to Expand its Industry-Leading Omnichannel Outreach and Journey Orchestration for the Enterprise

SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 8, 2024-- Five9 (NASDAQ: FIVN), the Intelligent CX Platform provider, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Acqueon, a pioneering real-time revenue execution platform. Adding Acqueon’s capabilities to Five9’s Intelligent CX Platform is a big step toward realizing Five9’s ambition to become the orchestration engine for every interaction across the entire customer journey, including marketing, e-commerce, sales and customer service. Through AI-driven, omnichannel proactive customer engagement, this strategic combination redefines how businesses engage with their customers – at the right time, in the right channel – to help deliver better outcomes.

As customer expectations continue to rise, brands are eager to innovate how they engage with customers who have preferences of how and when they wish to be contacted.
