reselling the Five9 Virtual Contact Center (VCC) platform to power
customers' inbound, outbound and blended contact center operations. This

Communications from Broadvoice, combined with the award-winning,

Broadvoice will resell the Five9 platform including, VCC, automatic call
distribution (ACD), computer telephony integration (CTI), interactive
voice response (IVR), and Predictive, Progressive, Power and Preview
Dialers. Five9 offers a fully integrated platform to help provide best
in class customer service.
